Aura Cacia Kids Virtual Class

Yay - you made it! If you’ve been looking for a way to learn more about safe usage of essential oils with kids, then you’ve come to the right place! We now offer a virtual class in a variety of times, to fit just about anyone’s schedule! You’ll learn everything from what oils are safe with kids to how to best use oils with them. Don’t forget to bring the kids along- they’ll enjoy making a fun craft!

All of our live classes are taught by our Certified Aromatherapist, Elena. Elena grew up in the world of aromatherapy, and after college she obtained her Certificate in Aromatherapy. She continues to stay up to date on the latest research in the aromatherapy field. Bring your questions, and she’ll bring the answers.

Each class purchase includes a coordinating Virtual Class Box with everything you need for the class (Retail Value: $65+)

HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase the Aura Cacia Virtual Class by clicking “Add to Cart” and completing your online purchase.
2. You will receive a scheduling e-mail where you will be provided a link to reserve a spot for one of four dates and times.
3. Within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive tracking information for your Aura Cacia Virtual Class Box.
4. Once your spot is reserved, we encourage you to add the class to your online calendar so you don’t miss it! The calendar invite will include the details you need to join the Zoom class at your chosen time.
5. Access the live kids aromatherapy class via Zoom!

When are classes held?

How do I choose the date and time that works best for my family?

• As soon as you've purchased the Virtual Class Box, we'll send an e-mail to the e-mail address you used at checkout to purchase the Virtual Class Box. 
• Once you receive the e-mail, you will be directed to a scheduling page.
• Select a date by choosing a date on the calendar.  
• Confirm the time that works best for you. 
• Enter Details; First and last name, e-mail (the e-mail you used at checkout to purchase the Virtual Class Box), and answer the question: what is one thing you hope to learn from this class? 
• Click "Schedule Event".
• Add to your Google, Outlook, or another calendar of your choice!

How will I know the virtual event details?

• Once you've scheduled your class and added it to your calendar, you'll be able to see the details of the Zoom Class. 

What happens if I need to cancel or choose another date and/or time to attend a class?

• At the bottom of your Virtual Class Calendar Event, you’ll see an option that says, “Need to make changes to this event?”
• Here you’ll choose: Cancel or Reschedule

If I cancel, do I get to keep my Virtual Class Box?

• Of course! The Virtual Class Box contains products that you'll love and still be able to use without attending the class. 

Who can attend this class?

•  The Aura Cacia Kids Virtual Class is designed for kids and parents to take together and is recommended for kids age 4-11. 
• If you have multiple children in your family, or who would like to take the class together- we recommend purchasing one box per child. 

What items are included in the class?

Along with an hour-long interactive virtual class with our Certified Aromatherapist, Elena, you’ll receive a box full of our brand new Aura Cacia Kids Line products, supplies for two fun crafts, and more!
