Aura Cacia Organic Sweet Orange Essential Oil originates in the juice-processing powerhouse of the Florida citrus region. Like most citrus oils, sweet orange essential oil is cold pressed from the glands of the peel.
 
What’s the difference between organic sweet orange essential oil and conventional sweet orange essential oil?
Organic essential oils differ from conventional oils in that the botanicals from which they are derived are grown according to the USDA’s Organic Standards. Our manufacturing facility and all of our organic essential oils have also been certified organic by the established third-party certifier, Quality Assurance International (QAI).

Sweet Orange Sourcing

Aura Cacia Sweet Orange Essential Oil sourced domestically, coming from Florida. Peels are mechanically pierced to open the sacs containing the essential oil. The peel is then cold pressed by a machine that presses down on the peel, forcing the essential oil out.
