Aura Cacia Kids Bedtime is a peaceful pure essential oil blend that is safely formulated for use with kids ages 4-11. Bedtime blend features soothing lavenders, renewing citrus, restoring frankincense and calming blue tansy essential oils. Usage Tip: With children, diffusion is recommended for a maximum of 30-60 minutes at a time. Diffusion is not recommended for babies under the age of 6 months.
Use: Place 2 drops on a favorite stuffed animal. Snuggle and breathe deeply. Place a few drops on a cotton ball to have a pacifying aroma on long rides in the car. Add 1-2 drops to a cotton ball and place under pillow at bedtime.

Kids Bedtime Massage Blend
My current favorite is the Kids Bedtime Diffusion Blend. It can be hard to get kids to go to sleep when the sun is still up, so diffusing before bedtime helps lull them off to sleep!
This Bedtime Blend by Aura Cacia is hands down one of the best I have ever smelled. This blend is for every age regardless of being for Kids. I will be using this for meditation and bedtime. I'm keeping it for myself...don't judge me.
